WHAT HAPPENS IN AN EEM SESSION?

 The greatest goal is for you to feel better at the end than when we started! Every EEM session is different. A typical flow of a session is an initial consultation, followed by energy testing to assess where there are disruptions and blockages in energy. I then use a wide range of tools and protocols to balance energies. This is based on your unique needs.

If pain is the focus, I usually start there. Relief from your symptoms is the priority! And it’s the same with digestion, anxiety, and so on.

Education and learning is often a key part of healing. My role is to assess your energies and identify where there are long term imbalances – and do deep corrections in sessions to address this. I also explain what’s going on energetically and teach you simple exercises to do at home.

Most people come to a session with a number of concerns and goals. A combination of sessions and doing exercises at home is the most effective way to reach your health goals.

Sessions are carried out fully clothed, mostly using a massage table because relaxation is a big part of the session.
