I have also trained in counselling, Integrative Breathwork, Eating Psychology Coaching and Mind-Body Nutrition, the Emotional Freedom Technique and Matrix Re-Imprinting.
In my early years, I struggled with depression, an eating disorder and drug use.
When you hit your “bottom,” seemingly over and over again, you look – almost desperately – for ways out.
Ways to feel better.
I found what worked for me – and it’s my greatest passion and purpose to share that with others, too.
That’s why I do the work I do.
